Joe was the Director of Corruption Prevention of the ICAC of Hong Kong, where he had 30 years of anti-corruption/fraud, integrity management and internal control audit, advisory and training experience. He was the key driver in the development of anti-corruption/fraud advisory service, codes of practice, guides and training courses for industries such as banking, insurance, property management, catering, construction, NGO, sports, as well as listed companies and SMEs in general, and collaboration with regulators and trade bodies such as HKMA, SFC, IA, CIC, PMSA, HKAB, HKCSS, and SF&OC. He advised corporations such as Shui On, Sino Land, Alibaba, Hong Kong Football Association, local and foreign banks, etc. He also has rich experience in operational reviews and consultations for government institutions, regulators, as well as public corporations such as MTRC, public transport operators and utility companies, to strengthen their management of staff integrity and anti-corruption/fraud controls in law enforcement, licensing regimes, public procurement, infrastructure projects, funding schemes, etc. He is a Local Advisor of the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD).

Henry is a veteran IT and cybersecurity expert with 30 years of experience. He has held senior management positions in the global IT firms Verizon Business, HP and Thales, managing cybersecurity businesses in the APAC Region. He had been the Managing Director of Thales Critical Information Systems and Cybersecurity for the entire Asia Region for 9 years, leading its regional team to help APAC customers address information security risks and strengthen cybersecurity. His project experience includes cybersecurity maturity assessment, strategy studies, security assessment and audit, PCI and other regularly security engagements, penetration testing, and ethnical hacking, serving clients of a wide spectum of industries including banking, finance, insurance, telecommunication, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, and higher education.

Her operational audits covered a wide range of operations such as procurement, expenses and financial control, contract management, fund administration, law enforcement, licensing, etc.

Ken's deep knowledge has successfully helped clients integrate customized security policies into their business operations, ensuring duty of care for employees, partners, and safeguarding critical assets and reputation. In addition, Ken has been an active contributor to the security community as a founding committee member of Asia Crisis and Security Group (ACSG) and OSAC Hong Kong Chapter.

Tim Cheung 張振添

Tim is a veteran financial control expert with over 40 years of experience in the hotel industry. He had been the Director of Finance, Director of Operations Analysis, Financial Controller, Head of Internal Audit, etc. in various hotel groups including Luxury Hotels Hong Kong for Marriott International, Harbour Grand, Langham Hospitality Group, Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited, and Sun Hung Kai Property Limited. His project experience included the opening of over 25 hotels in China and Asia Pacific, hotel restructuring and costs containment, and ESG planning.
